What is the average shipping time for a new system?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days for your Tower Garden and accessories to arrive.
Can I grow plants indoors with the Tower Garden?
Yes! While the Tower Garden can be used outdoors, you can grow indoors year-round by using our specially designed LED Indoor Grow Lights to provide the necessary spectrum for plant photosynthesis.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the system within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
