Initiate Your Request

Contact our Customer Experience team within 90 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Tower

Thoroughly clean all components and securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
